Are All Sales Final?
Please note that all sales are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an item has been purchased and delivered. We encourage you to review all product descriptions, sizing information, and ask any questions prior to completing your purchase. We are happy to provide additional details to help you make an informed decision.
Do you offer a Try-On?
Try-On Policy
At Champion Consignment, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. Please review our Try-On Policy below.
Purchase Upon Receipt: All items are paid for in full. Once you receive your item, it is officially yours.
Try-On Period and Return Eligibility: We understand that sizing and fit are important! If the item does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• You must notify us within the 5-day window via email or phone number. With intent to buy or return.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or misrepresented.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable and are at buyers expense.
